Multi-Modal & Trail Systems
Does your project include pedestrian connectivity?
A component of transportation systems is the movement of pedestrians, cyclists, and non-motorized traffic. We provide engineering design of sidewalks, pedestrian trails, multi-use trails, and shared use trails. During design accessibility and comfort for users is included but challenges do arise when tying into existing topography, roads, or facilities. We’ve provided design of trail surfaces with asphalt, concrete, or gravel materials.
Related items we provide design of are retaining walls, drainage improvements, pre-manufactured pedestrian bridges, ADA ramps, pedestrian safety railing, pedestrian handrail, and trail lighting.
