Axis Health System added the Archuleta Integrated Healthcare locations in Pagosa Springs to their southwest Colorado region of healthcare facilities. Behind City Market in uptown Pagosa Springs, construction included the new facility, parking lot, sidewalk access, detention-retention system and frontage road sidewalk.

DES provide engineering design for the site plan, site drainage, detention-retention system. The DES surveying team also provided construction layout for the Contractor for the new parking area, curb and gutter, sidewalk and detention-retention system.
