Bee Hive Homes selected a location in Pagosa Springs to provide senior living. The proposed improvements included construction of the commercial building, parking lot, sidewalk access, and detention-retention system.

DES provided design services for the site plan, site drainage and local detention-retention system. The DES surveying team also provided construction layout for the Contractor in placement of the new parking areas, curb and gutter, sidewalks and detention-retention system.
