Existing sidewalks, access ramps and parking areas suffered from spalling and damaged concrete at a housing unit for the Southern Unit Indian Tribe. DES provided engineering design services for a new sidewalk and accessible routes to most of the entrances. A covered structure was also included for storage of materials used by the maintenance department.

During construction DES surveyors and technicians also provided construction layout to the Contractor. DES provided engineering construction services for work and materials incorporated into the project.
